Throughout our work together, I prompt you to move through situations that concern you. Our sessions are by telephone so you'd get immediate feedback.

I use a variety of drills. Being on the phone together, we make adjustments needed to bring immediate relief from situations that concern you. We establish the means for permanent relief. I provide the degree of support necessary to firmly establish the new patterns. At times this involves unraveling other images that were caught up in the situation or experience.

I have some flexibility - but I usually schedule with folks on a weekly basis - pending the number of sessions chosen.

We work one-on-one in complete confidence, providing the most comprehensive drills possible for the program you chose. We customize your program - based on what you wanted to accomplish. Participate in this program to achieve in minutes what normally takes days, weeks and months when you worked on your own. For instance, you complete certain tasks in 21 seconds - it usually takes 2,000 hours of mental and physical effort to accomplish the same thing.
